3. CD-Rom–with more than 500 MB additional preparedness, survival, and self-reliance information

Affiliate commissions are 40% for the book, the CD-Rom, and the digital download version.

However, before we can approve your application to earn commissions from our affiliate program, we need for you to complete and
deliver an IRS form W-9 to us.

What do you need to do to get started?

Download and complete the IRS W-9 form

Accept the affiliate agreement and terms of service (Your participation constitutes acceptance of all terms).

Submit your completed W-9 by email, fax or mail

You will receive a reply confirming we have received your application.
Wait for approval process:
Once you have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing your special link plus information on
how to access your affiliate account and view your sales statistics.
Login to your new affiliate account and choose a banner or text link that suits your site. Copy the HTML code provided (which
includes your special affiliate link), paste and upload it to your your site, and you’re in business!
When do you get paid?

You get paid for sales made through the end of the month, generally by the 15th of the following month.
